The Cell Phone Company, Virgin Mobile has invented a plan called “pink slip protection.” Should you become unemployed, up to 90 days of charges on your Wireless Plan, could be waived, to help you retain your Wireless Cell Phone.
This seems to be a nice gesture on the part of the Cell Phone Companies, however, the amount of time spent to find a similar job is often more than three months.
The Pay As You Go Mobile Wireless Plans are thriving in these current economic conditions.
Soon after this move by Virgin Mobile, the major Cell Phone Companies were called upon to eliminate premature termination fees for customers, who found themselves unemployed.
