Affiliate Terms

By joining the Skate Tech affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Performance-Based Payouts

This is a performance-based role. You are not paid hourly. You will be paid $25 for each individual lesson successfully booked and attended by a referral using your unique code. Bookings that are cancelled or not attended do not qualify for payment. All referrals are tracked via code usage, and Skate Tech will verify attendance through internal records before confirming any payouts.

2. Payout Process:

Payouts are made weekly, via bank transfer. You must provide your correct payment details to receive earnings. There is no minimum payout threshold.

3. Conduct & Expectations:

You are expected to be respectful, polite, and honest when interacting with parents and representing Skate Tech. You must not make false claims or pressure parents. Your role is to promote a free trial, not to hard-sell. You are free to choose your own working hours, but repeated no-shows or misrepresentation may result in removal from the program.

4. Deactivation: Skate Tech reserves the right to pause or deactivate your affiliate code at any time if: You fail to follow basic instructions or represent the brand poorly, your performance is consistently low, you abuse the program or attempt to fake referrals

5. Independent Contractor Status: You are not an employee of Skate Tech. You are participating as a casual affiliate and are responsible for your own tax obligations if required.

6. Use of Materials Any marketing materials provided (e.g. flyers, templates) are to be used only for promoting Skate Tech. You may not reproduce, resell, or alter official materials without permission.
