  • You’ll pay $240 upfront when you start—that covers your first 4 weeks of lessons. After that, you’ll be billed $60 weekly. Your next payment will be charged in your second week and will go toward your 5th lesson, continuing weekly in the same way. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, you won’t be billed again, and your final 4 lessons will still run as scheduled.

  • We guarantee one lesson per week as part of your subscription. If you can’t make a class and it follows our cancellation policy, we’ll do our best to offer a makeup lesson. We’ll first try to book you in with the same coach, and if that’s not possible, we’ll find a spot with another available coach.

  • We know many families go away during the break, so we offer the option to pause your subscription at no cost during the school holiday periods. You can pause for part of or all of the holidays—just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, as per our cancellation policy. The recognised holiday dates are listed here.

  • Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a discount code you can use for Skate Tech holiday programs and with our partner brands. Depending on the store, you’ll either use the code online or show it in-store to redeem your 15% discounts.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel, no further payments will be charged, and your remaining 4 lessons will continue to run after your final payment.

  • Just send us a quick message via email or phone, or let your coach know in person. We’ll confirm your cancellation and your remaining 4 lessons will continue as usual after your final payment.
